I’m getting the ipod touch for xmas and I will have to use one itunes account that I already use for my old ipod. Also my brother uses his ipod on the same account ( different labtops though). Can i use my new ipod touch on the same account?

i know that you can only authorize 5 computer per account. I’m sure you can use the same ipod though.
I think you can have five authorized on one account. You can always start your own account if you are worried about not being able to authorize the one you have now.
It’s not the ipod that is being authorized, it’s the computer. Up to 5 computers can be authorized with one account which means your purchases can be played on the five computers. You can probably use as many ipods as you want and if you set your ipod to manual you can get music from as many computers as you want.
