Ok well every time I plug my ipod into my computer it’ll show on my computer but not on itunes. It won’t even sync my music. I am getting an iPod touch for Christmas, and I’m most likely getting the 1st generation. From what I can see, there aren’t that many differences between the 1st generation and 2nd generation iPod touch…I know of the volume control, the genius feature, and the rounded instead of flat body.
I don’t care about the body shape that much, but are there any other drastic differences between the 1st and 2nd generations of the iPod touch? i’m talking about speed, calibration, all that stuff. Graphics are also important.

I have an iPod nano (3rd generation). Today is the first day of Daylights Saving Time. Earlier when I synchronized my iPod, it was fine, but now it keeps jumping to another timezone. My laptop and everything else is set to EST, but when I sync my iPod it suddenly switches to the Honolulu timezone. Anyone know why this is happening / how to fix this?
